Do I need a boarding pass or ticket to visit this location?

No. This location is in the main terminal before the security checkpoint — no boarding pass required. You can walk in from the parking deck or drop-off area and go straight to us. It's the same access as the airport lobby. We're open to travelers, people picking up or dropping off, and anyone else passing through.
Where exactly in the terminal are you?

In the main terminal building, pre-security — same floor as check-in and ticketing, accessible directly from the parking garage and ground transportation. You don't go through any checkpoint to reach us. Look for us in the center court area before the security lanes.
What time do you open? I have an early flight.

4:30 AM daily. We open earlier than almost anything else at JAX, which makes us the practical option for early-morning departures — grab coffee and food before you check in or while you're waiting for your party to arrive.a
Do you have a full bar?

Yes. The pre-security location has a full bar with cocktails, beer, and wine — in addition to the full Intelligentsia coffee program and food menu. Same kitchen as our other locations: scratch-made, Blueberry Bakery pastries on hand daily.
Is this the same Southern Grounds as the Jacksonville locations I know?
