It's part of a walkable node that includes the 220 Riverside apartments, Whole Foods at One Riverside, and quick access to Five Points, Memorial Park, and the St. Johns riverwalk.
Brooklyn draws office workers from nearby towers, residents from the new apartments going up around us, and neighbors exploring the area on foot or bike. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market (RAM) sets up just west along the river under the Fuller Warren Bridge where local artists, farmers, live music, and the kind of easy weekend energy that spills into coffee stops and long brunches. Inside, you'll find the space Southern Grounds is known for: warm, calm, built for working or lingering.
We serve all-day breakfast, weekend brunch, scratch-made pastries, healthy bowls, and specialty coffee, all made clean and seed-oil-free.
