Where exactly is this located — is it on the beach?

We're at Costa Verde Shops at 2405 Third St S, about four blocks from the water. Next door to Whole Foods, with a courtyard plaza out front. Not beachfront, but close enough that people stop in before and after. The courtyard has covered tables and a central fire feature — it's a better seat than most of what's between here and the shore.
Is there outdoor seating?
